• The rates shown on the website are valid only at the time of quotation and may change without prior notice according to each provider’s conditions, as long as they have not been reserved and confirmed. Reservations are subject to availability until they are confirmed. A reservation is considered confirmed once the corresponding payment has been made and an electronic reservation document with a confirmation number has been issued. Availability cannot be guaranteed until full payment has been received.
  • We understand that a change in the reservation date may be necessary. For this reason, GreCa Tours offers you the opportunity to reschedule your tour within six months from the original reservation date at no additional charge. However, if there is any difference in the tour cost, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

Such changes must be made at least 6 days prior to the service date.

  • Name changes are allowed as long as they are made at least 3 days prior to the service date.
  • Any cancellation after booking will be subject to a 15% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made 11–20 days before the service date are subject to a 30% administrative cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made 6–10 days prior to the requested service date will incur a 50% administrative cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made 0–5 days or less before the date of the requested tour service are non-refundable.
  • Clients requesting a refund must send an email with a detailed explanation to: contactogrecatours@gmail.com. Both buyers and users of the experiences marketed by GreCa Tours are subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city of Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico.   • The client is granted a 10-minute grace period after the previously established time. If the client does not show up at the scheduled time for their tour, it will be understood that the client has unilaterally cancelled the service and no refund will be issued. Some trips require a minimum number of participants (as stated on the booking form) to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a client’s reservation in exchange for a full refund, although GreCa Tours will make every effort to maintain normal operations.   • For payment of your reservation, we accept credit and debit cards. If you do not have one of these cards, you can also pay via bank transfer or deposit at participating banks. For more information, please contact one of our advisors at contactogrecatours@gmail.com. 
  • Reservations will be made exclusively by adults. Minors must travel accompanied by an adult. Otherwise, GreCa Tours reserves the right to deny service to minors who have booked the tour. GreCa Tours se reserva el derecho y negará el servicio a los menores que hayan reservado el tour.
  • Adults traveling with minors are responsible for their care and compliance with these rules.
  • For some tours, seats are pre-assigned according to the order in which reservations were received. The seating list will be provided one day before the tour date. If the list is not provided, it will be understood that seat allocation will be on a first-come, first-served basis when boarding the vehicle.
  • GreCa Tours will notify you of tour requests by phone or email to prevent cancellations or to confirm the departure date and tour details.

  • GreCa Tours is not responsible for delays or issues caused by weather, accidents, road repairs, protests, checkpoints, government decisions, or any other factors that interfere with the scheduled activities in the itinerary.
  • Tour transportation will be adjusted according to the number of clients, using either a bus or passenger van.
  • The client agrees to adhere to the schedule for each activity and to be punctual at the meeting points established by the group coordinator. If the client fails to comply and to avoid delays for the group and itinerary, the group coordinator may decide to continue the tour without the client, with no compensation or refund due.
  • Smoking or consuming intoxicating beverages, as well as any type of drugs or narcotics, is prohibited on transportation.
  • The client must comply with the policies, regulations, and/or guidelines of each archaeological site, museum, natural reserve or park, tourist center, as well as the hotels and places visited during each tour.
  • GreCa Tours is not responsible for stolen, damaged, or lost items in transportation or in areas visited during or after the tour.
  • GreCa Tours disclaims all liability for damages caused to the client or third parties due to the client’s negligence or misconduct.
  • The client will be responsible for any damage caused within the transportation contracted for their trip.
  • The client must inform the group coordinator if they have any illness or physical condition that prevents them from participating in the activities described in the itinerary, or if they have any allergies, as well as if they require or are taking any medication. This is to ensure proper procedures in case of an emergency.
  • In the event that one or more clients during the tour put at risk the physical, emotional, or moral integrity of themselves, the group, or staff, GreCa Tours reserves the right to cancel the provision of services without any refund and releases GreCa Tours from all liability. (e.g., persons in an inappropriate state, malicious intent, physical or verbal aggression)
  • The client must present the printed or electronic reservation confirmation on the day of the tour.
  • The client accepts the terms of the client insurance described in the tour package, which are attached herein, and authorizes doctors, paramedics, and nurses to evaluate and treat any injury or emergency occurring during the tour or activity; in case of any cost for such medical attention, the client will cover it 100%.
  • Upon making partial or full payment for the trip, the client confirms acceptance of the payment and cancellation policies, as well as the terms and conditions of these regulations.

By making the reservation, the client declares under oath that:

  • The client authorizes receiving medical attention if required and agrees not to file any claim or lawsuit against those responsible for providing such care, directly or indirectly, assuming full responsibility for any expenses incurred from this medical attention.
  • The client will not attend the service under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotics, psychotropic substances, or any other substance producing a similar effect.
  • The client is in excellent physical condition and is able to participate in the tour organized by GreCa Tours. GreCa Tours.
  • The client is fully aware that the activity may involve risks, accidents, and/or injuries, and assumes full responsibility and risk for any injury that may result from their participation in the event.
  • The client agrees that neither they nor their family will take legal action for any reason against any participants of the tour organized by GreCa Tours, the guides of GreCa Tours, any of its members, contractors, the general public, or the owner(s) of the transportation.
  • The client releases and holds harmless GreCa Tours, its members, suppliers, and the general public from any liability for damage, theft, personal injury, death, or any other situation that may result from their participation in the event.
